The Challenge

Meta's Engineering, Product, and Policy teams needed a strategic partner to translate complex content risks—including Al-generated media and sensitive enforcement edges—into actionable product improvements and operational guidelines for a platform serving 3B+ users. The challenge required someone who could bridge the gap between technical requirements, policy constraints, and frontline operational realities while maintaining platform integrity at unprecedented scale.
