Before Uber could scale its platform operations, someone had to build the system that made scaling possible. As part of the team that designed Uber's first safety operations playbook, I helped build the labeling, triage, and escalation infrastructure that handled safety events across riders, drivers, business, and health—mature enough within a year to hand off to global BPO partners.

Served as the ground truth evaluations lead for Engineering and Policy, translating complex content risks (AI safety) into product improvements for 3B+ users.
